Welcome to your cozy and functional retreat on the east side of Sioux Falls located off of East 10th street & I-229, pet friendly with a fenced in yard and sleeps up to 5 guests. We provide excellent hosting services and exceptionally clean stays. Our properties are thoroughly cleaned between each stay with all sheets, mattress protectors, & blankets washed every time!

Property Highlights

This fully furnished home offers two bedrooms, one full bathroom, a welcoming living room, and a well-equipped kitchen with an eat-in dining area. Coffee is provided with a K-Cup or full Carafe option and bottled water in the fridge. With a practical design and thoughtful amenities, this residence provides a comfortable and convenient living experience.

The living room invites you to unwind in a space designed for relaxation. Comfortable furnishings and warm decor create a homey atmosphere. The two bedrooms provide comfortable sleeping quarters, each with cozy bedding and 40" and 50" Roku tv's. The full bathroom features modern fixtures, ensuring convenience and style for your daily routines.

Blazing fast Wi-Fi to assist with your remote work or cozy up in the living room and watch movies on the 65" Roku TV!

Step outside to discover your fenced-in yard, providing a secure space for your furry friends. If you bring your dog please register it as we do charge a $50 pet fee. There is a metal pet poop garbage in the kitchen to dispose of your pets waste. If you use it, please leave it outside for our staff to clean up.

You have a one stall garage to use based on your discretion. This is a smaller garage, larger vehicles might not fit. Please clean up after yourself in the garage as needed. Off-street parking adds a layer of convenience to your stay, making it easy to come and go as you please.

On-site laundry facilities ensure that you have everything you need for a seamless and enjoyable stay.

Location is close enough to open up a world of shopping, fast food options, and grocery store for your convenience. Downtown Sioux Falls is just a quick drive away, providing easy access to cultural events, dining experiences, and vibrant city life.

For added Security there are exterior cameras located on the east side of the house as well as a front doorbell camera.

Check Out instructions are kept to a minimum to ease your departure:

  • Put garbage away in the kitchen garbages

  • DO NOT strip the beds

  • Send a message to the host when leaving!
